OUR LAND
We are strategically located in the northwest of Sonora, Mexico in the municipality of Pitiquito, just a couple of hours away from the United Estates´ border, in Arizona.
PACKING
As part of the production process, we have prepared a packaging area which allows us to pack the fruit cut directly from our field and ready to be transported in an effective way, reducing delivery time to our commercial partner, supplier or final customer. There is a plan of extending this area by the end of 2018, adding a pre-cooling area and a cooling room.
Dorms and Kitchen
We believe that to have great results we need a great team, that feels good and happy with their work. Knowing the amount of time they spent in the day at the feild we considered basic living areas.
We have 2 main harvests in the year, and receive labourers from different parts of the country. We have committed to establishing dorm areas and dining area.
