Campo Guadalupe consists of a group of collaborators that make up the operational and production team, administration and direction. All of which are working together to bring to each end-consumer the best produce.

For Campo Guadalupe, it´s most important to create dignified work conditions and a safe working environment in order to build a strong, committed team, focused on producing highest quality fruits and vegetables. We seek to update our team with the latest Good Agriculture Practices, and quality processes, contributing to their growth as a foundation for long term relationships. 

Our different team leaders are in charge of training each member of their team in terms of the different tasks asked to comply. Breeders, harvesters, pitchers and sorters all receive the proper training and develop abilities to handle our produce with the outmost care in order to ensure that is of the best quality.
